The 3DEXPERIENCE Certification Center is where your verified SOLIDWORKS certifications are from. Additionally, this is the login you will use when claiming a voucher, taking an exam, or seeing the other certified SOLIDWORKS users across the globe.
Updating your email on the 3DEXPERIENCE virtual tester
To change your email associated with the 3DEXPERIENCE Certification Center, follow these steps:
- Log in with the email currently associated with your virtual tester account.
- Click Settings in the header bar at the top of the screen.
- Change the email listed in your account.
- Click UPDATE INFORMATION to confirm.
3DEXPERIENCE ID
Your 3DEXPERIENCE ID gets you into many different places in the SOLIDWORKS world. First, it is the account you will use to access the SOLIDWORKS Downloads page, active service requests, and the user forums. If your company is using the 3DEXPERIENCE platform for data management or other cloud-enabled tools, this ID will also be your login for those.
Changing your 3DEXPERIENCE ID email
To change the email associated with your 3DEXPERIENCE ID, follow these steps:
- Navigate to your 3DEXPERIENCE 3DPassport profile.
- Change the email listed in the box on the profile page.
- Click the Update button.
In the event that you start at a new company, you may be better off creating an entirely new account so nothing is tied back to the old position. This is especially important when tying SOLIDWORKS Subscription status back to your company’s assets to get you access to the subscription benefits.
SOLIDWORKS Serial Number Activation
